Pickup times for tire chains are between 9am and 2pm. Please call / text +15593408487 before placing your order to ensure staff is available to fulfill your request. If you arrive and no one is available to help you, your order will be canceled and refunded.

For product integrity and safety reasons, we will never accept tire chain returns and for that reason we also never offer refunds. It is the customer's responsibility to know the road conditions, closures, and any other factors that might affect your trip into snowy areas. We do not control any of these factors and therefore we do not assume responsibility them.
