Booking Modification

Please fill out the following form to modify your booking. Remember, we offer a full money back refund if you change your booking prior to 4pm PST three days before your arrival date. After that we do not offer refunds.

Use this form only if you booked directly through us. If your confirmation email says you booked via Tokeet or Webready, you booked directly.

If you booked through a third party online travel agency such as AIRBNB, BOOKING.com, Expedia or similar, you will have to modify your booking via them and are subject to their cancellation and refund policies.

What do you need to do?

Cancel my booking and receive a refund if I am cancelling more than 72 hours prior to my 4pm arrival time.

Cancel my booking even though I am cancelling inside the 72 hours prior to my 4pm arrival time. I understand I will not receive a refund but I will look into purchasing Travel Insurance to receive a payment from my policy.

Modify my booking arrival date so that I may stay here at a later date. I understand I must change dates at least 72 hours prior to my 4pm PST arrival time.

Add or subtract dates on my booking as long as there is available space, see comments below.
